Delivery Policy

Subjects of application:

Thuy Design House has a nationwide delivery service, applied when customers buy through the website, fanpage, phone or buy directly at the store. Orders will be delivered to the address customers provided through the intermediary shipping company.

Delivery time:

• Domestic and suburban orders:

  Delivery time is within 5 days after placing an order.

• Orders in other provinces:

  Delivery time is 7 days for downtown areas of cities, suburbs, districts, communes, towns ... (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)

  Order processing time will be calculated from when the employee called to confirm payment completed.

  Customer's order will be delivered a maximum of 2 times. In case the first delivery fails, the staff will contact to arrange a second delivery schedule with the customer. If you still cannot contact or receive any response from the customer, the order will no longer be valid.

  Upon receiving the product, please check the quantity, item, product status and sign a confirmation with the delivery staff.

  Please retain shipping receipts and purchase invoices for reference in case of need.
