PRODUCT CHANGE POLICY

(Only applicable to orders delivered in Vietnam)

• Where applicable:

  Customers may change other products in the following cases:

  The product does not match the description on the website

  Size does not fit (if store is available size to change)

• Product exchange conditions:

  Customers can change to another product only 1 time and within 7 days from the time of receipt.

  The modified product needs to meet the following conditions:

  The product is not in use, not dirty.

  Product intact and still have the price tag.

  The new product chosen for exchange must have a value equal to or higher than the value of the exchanged product. In case the product selected for exchange has a lower value than the product to be exchanged, the customer will not receive a refund.

  Not applicable for discount products, shoes, bags, accessories.

  No refunds on paid orders.

  Thuy Design House has the right to inspect, evaluate the product status and make a final decision.

  Customers who want to change products, can do the following way:

  Please bring the product with a photo of an electronic invoice to Thuy Design House.
